Taisuke Kimura is a Japanese-born composer based in Los Angeles.
A graduate from Berklee College of Music (Boston, Massachusetts) majoring in Film Scoring.
After graduating from Berklee, Taisuke relocated to Los Angeles and immediately began working for renowned film composers Ian Honeyman (The Philly Kid, 51, Lilly the Witch: The Journey to Mandolan, Hank, Man vs. the Universe), Andrew Raiher (Hello Carter, The Oranges, Redline, Rooted in Peace), Nathan Wang (Door Guardians, Rumble in the Bronx, The Myth, Who Am I, Greek Charming), and Daniel Rojas (Starcross, Cry Now, 30° couleur, Rooted in Peace), writing and scoring for their film projects.
Taisuke has written additional music for films and TV shows such as Meister des Todes (director: Daniel Harrich), Little People Big World (TLC), Wheeler Dealers (Discovery Channel TV series), and True Nightmares (Investigation DiscoveryTV Series), The Little Couple (TLC), and Vice Media.
He has scored for many short films, feature films, documentaries and TV series.
One of the films, "The Spirit Room", which he scored won the award at Hollywood International Moving Pictures Film Festival and it also received "Best Horror Short Film" at Silicon Beach Film Festival.
His works have been screened at memorable venues such as Warner Brothers, and Raleigh Studios in 2017.
